1.1       Read John4:1-16. Why did Jesus changed the topic, from “living water” to “husband”?

Because Jesus is referring to the same thing. The Samaritan woman had a thirst or emptiness inside her, and she thought she can fill this thirst through relationships.  But the relationships keep failing & she has to find new one. The living water which means the Holy Spirit is the answer to her thirst or that emptiness.

1.2           Read John 4:21-24. Ezekiel 36:25-27. Why is Jesus seemingly deviating  further & further away from the topic of living water by talking about worship?

Ezekiel 36:25-27New King James Version (NKJV)  ²⁵ Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. ²⁶ I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. ²⁷ I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.

1 Corinthians 14:14-15Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC) ¹⁴ For if I pray in an [unknown] tongue, my spirit [by the ^[a]Holy Spirit within me] prays, but my mind is unproductive [it bears no fruit and helps nobody]. ¹⁵ Then what am I to do? I will pray with my spirit [by the ^[b]Holy Spirit that is within me], but I will also pray [intelligently] with my mind andunderstanding; I will sing with my spirit [by the Holy Spirit that is within me], but I will sing [intelligently] with my mind and understanding also.

He is not deviating. Jesus is saying that the time will come, when you can have worship of God in Spirit & in truth anytime anywhere because He will lives inside us. There will no be no more emptiness inside us, because God’s Spirit lives inside us. Then when we sings from our spirit to God who is a Spirit, anywhere even at home ,  His presence will manifest instantly.  Jesus is referring to Ezekiel 36:25-27 coming to pass shortly & she probably understood it.

© How much urgency can you sense in Jesus’ heart for the lost souls – a little or huge?

Jesus is saying do not be complacent, but treat harvesting lost souls like eating food everyday. Jesus’ example is for us to imitate, we are to reach out to sinners such as the adulterous Samaritan woman. Because Jesus reached out to the Samaritan woman, she then become an evangelist, using her personal testimony to draw the people in city of Samaria to Jesus.

In practicality, the more a non-believer is in sin & occult, the more he open doors to devil to kill health, steal finance & destroy relationships. The more he is likely to hear the truth about the gospel & receive this living water.

1.4      Read John 4:39-42. What do you think Jesus preached to cause the Samaritans to believe Jesus is the savior of the world?

Jesus preached about the kingdom of heaven is near, and he demonstrated it by casting out demons & healing the sick. And He authorized some to try casting out demons & healing the sick with His name. That is why the people called Him the savior of the world now.

 

1.41     Prayer:

Father God, we acknowledge what You shown us. It is urgent that we rise up and focus on the needs of Your  kingdom. That many souls are perishing, they are living in darkness, and poverty. The devil is killing their health, stealing their wealth & destroying their relationships & bringing them to hell with him. But You Lord Jesus is the only cure for these people.

1.5       Read John 4:46_54.  What does Jesus meant in John4:48 & John 4:53.  Does Jesus expect us to preach the gospel by the power of Holy Spirit with signs & wonders?

Yes! It is non-negotiable. Very often, Jesus will use signs to confirm preaching of His gospel.

2.1       Read John 5:6. Why did Jesus asked the question, “do you want to be made well?”

Because some people do not want to be made well. Deep down inside, they may fear if they are healed, they have to find another source of income & they don’t know how. Jesus probably asked this question to stir his will and making him decides if he truly want to get well. Jesus would not over ride a person’s free will if he doesn’t want to be healed.

2.2       Read John 5:8 & James 2:26. Why did Jesus asked the man to get up and walk?

Healing is by grace through faith. Faith without works is dead (James 2:26). A person has to release faith by doing something he formerly cannot do.

2.4       Read John 5:14. Read Romans 8:6 , Romans 8:13 & Galatians 5:16 (amplified version).  Why did Jesus said sin no more otherwise a worse thing will happen to the man? Does this statement applies to New Covenant believers? Does wilful sinning leads to spiritual death? How does Gal5:16 says we can overcome our flesh?

 Jesus is saying sin open doors to sicknesses. But not all sicknesses are caused by sin. Sometimes it is caused by other people’s sin. Sometimes they are not caused by sin. But for this man’s case, it is caused by sin. In all cases, Jesus said it is the devil’s fault ultimately (John10:10)

For New Covenant believers, willful sinning means opening doors to devil to sickness.  Not only that, Romans 8:13 says it will lead to spiritual death. For New Covenant believers, we are born again spirit being with Holy Spirit dwelling in us as one spirit (1stCor6:17) . Apostle Paul epistles keep mentioning about crucify our flesh , don’t walk in flesh, but walk in the Spirit. Jesus said guard our hearts not to even have anger, lust, in our hearts in Matthew chapter 5,6,7. Both Jesus and Paul are talking the same thing.

Gal 5:16 says -the way to overcome our flesh is to walk in the Spirit, which means to set our minds and seek those things which gratify the Holy Spirit.

2.41     Prayer:

Holy Spirit, I acknowledged there are many times I walked in the flesh & not in the Spirit. Please forgive me, please wash my sins against you with the blood of Jesus. I purposed in my heart not to walk in the flesh, not to grieve  you. But I shall walk in the Spirit so that I can control the lust of the flesh. I will keep my mind focus on things that will gratify  You Holy Spirit. I shall constantly  think of walking in love, releasing joy , peace, longsuffering or patience, kindness, goodness, faith , humility or meekness , self control to the people around me, so that I can release Your fruit to touch the lives of Your people. 

2.5       Read John 5:15.  Why do you think is the reason that Jesus healed only this one man? Instead of healing all the rest of the sick people at the pool of Bethesda.

There is no scriptural reasons why, but we cannot form a doctrine that God selectively choose those He wants to heal for His sovereign reasons.  Perhaps Jesus foreknew (Romans 8:29 & 1^st Peter 1:2) the man’s response of faith to His question & command. Perhaps Jesus saw in this man a strong determination to seek divine healing.

2.51     Prayer:

Prayer: Father God, I purpose in my heart to have zeal & determination to live in your kingdom of heaven on earth. I purpose to walk by faith in Your word and not by sight, not by looking at the circumstances around me. I shall release my faith by speaking and with actions. I shall pleased You by my faith, because without faith, no one can please You.

2.6       Read John 5:16-18. Read Exodus 20:8-10. Why did the Jews wants to kill Jesus for violating the Sabbath?

The Sabbath was a shadow of Jesus coming to give us rest. In the OT, the Sabbath mean to rest on the 7^th day, the intent was as an acknowledgement by act of faith, that God is the sole provider of all we ever needed. The more we acknowledge Him with act of faith , the more the Lord will bless the people & everyone in the world will know that the God of Israel is the true & only living God. Jesus is the true rest. When we put our hopes in Jesus, we are rested from all our striving & struggling, His yoke is easy  & His burden is light. Yoke which are back breaking no matter how spiritual it sounds is not from Jesus. 

The Jews failed to understood the intent of the scripture in 10 commandment about Sabbath. The 10 commandment is for lawless, for the murderous, rebellious, liars, sexually immoral sinners (1stTimothy1:9).  They think they obey the 10 commandments they will gain entry to heaven & they use it to justify murdering Jesus, to do evil. We have to obey the 10 commandments no doubt, but that is only minimum. Our righteousness can  exceed that of the Pharisees. Obeying the laws is not enough, because the laws are ministry of death written on tablets of stone (2Cor3:7), it is also a ministry of condemnation (2Cor3:9). The new Covenant is more strict than Old Covenant, Jesus said if a man has anger in his heart, or look at woman with lustful intent, he is in danger of hell fire. The New Covenant is all about walking in the Spirit, which means in Romans 8:5 amplified bible, our mind is focused on how to gratify the Holy Spirit.

2.61     Prayer:

Father God, I purpose in my heart to honor the Sabbath and spend at least 1 day a week with You. I shall not work on that one day, but spend the time to enjoy Your Presence.

2.7       Read John 5:19. Does this verse Jesus is denying Himself as God or part of Trinity?

No.  There is 2 interpretations:

(1) Jesus is 100% God & 100% man. But here, Jesus has stripped Himself of all deity,  His power to become Son of man on the earth, so that He can atone for all our sins. In the state as Son of man, He is not omniscience, omnipresent & omnipotent, and can do nothing unless the Holy Spirit shows Him what the Father is doing.

(2) Jesus is saying He can only do supernatural things in partnership with God the Father. Jesus is showing us as a model that we can & we need to partner with  God , thru the Holy Spirit to  do great exploits & greater works for Him  on this earth.

2.71     Prayer:

Lord Jesus, thank You for becoming 100% man in order to be the atonement for all my sins. Indeed I shall copy your model to partner with the Holy Spirit, to do great exploits for You & Your kingdom.

2.8       Read John 5:21-23.  What duty has God the Father given Jesus? Does these duties show that Jesus is not just a great prophet, but God?

God the Father has given Jesus the prerogative to judge the living & the dead. And also to give life to whomsoever He choose. Whoever do not honor Jesus as God, do not honor God the Father. These duties showed that Jesus is God in human flesh.

2.81 Prayer:

Lord Jesus Christ, I declare You are indeed God clothed in human flesh. One day, You shall judge the living and the dead.

2.9       Read John 5:28. Does this verse means we should not have cremation , but be buried when we die? Read Luke 16:22-23 & Rev 6:9, Rev 20:4-5 & Rev 20:13 & Genesis 3:19 as well for the correct answer.

John5:28 is talking about resurrection of physical body. But this has to tie with 1stCor15:50-83 which talks about new incorruptible body. 

Based on Genesis 3:19, our physical body will be returned to dust.  Based on Rev6:9 & Luke 16:22-23, our human spirit either goes to heaven directly or go to Hades directly.  Based on Rev 20:4-5, there will come a time for the 1000 millennium rule by Jesus on earth, when those who are beheaded for Jesus will rule resurrect & rule with Him for 1000 years. Then after the millennium rule, all the dead in Hades & in the sea will be  come to the throne of God to be judged.

 In 1stCor15:50_53, at the last trumpet, the dead & those alive we will be given a new incorruptible body.

In Matt 24:31 at sound of trumpet, Jesus will send His angels to gather His elects.

In Matt 24:40-41 , Jesus described 2 men in the field, one will be taken , one left behind. The one taken will be given a new incorruptible body. The one left behind will experience  – it is most likely the wrath of God in Revelation chapter 8 &7 Trumpet judgement &  follow by  7 Bowl judgment.

It seems that 1stCor15:50-53 & Matt 24:31, 40-41 are talking about same thing.

Conclusion is when we as Christians who died, our spirit man either go heaven or hell. There will come a day when the trumpet sounds, those who are dead  & who are alive, will suddenly be raptured, given a new body. But not all will be raptured , according to Matt24:40-41. 

Unbelievers all goes to Hades, and  they will be resurrected for judgement day Rev20:15.

2.10     Read John 5:33-39.  Read John 5:46. What 4 sources which  testified of Jesus’ real identity?

 (1) John the Baptist. (2)  The works that Jesus did. (3) The scriptures from Moses Deu18:18 & Acts 3:22-23 testify of Jesus coming. (4) In verse John5:37 the Father Himself testified of Jesus when He spoke audibly during Jesus’ water baptism.

3.1       Read John 6:8-13, Deuteronomy 28:8. 2Kings4:42-44.  Instead of turning stones in bread, what did Jesus did to feed the people?

Jesus blessed & multiply  the works of our hands or what we giving to His service. Consider when a person give his best, which is inadequate, it is a release of faith in action; that God alone is able to turn the inadequate means into overflowing abundance.

3.2       Read John 6:15. Why did Jesus depart alone to the mountain? Should we imitate him doing this?

 Yes He went alone to pray alone in a quiet place. We should imitate Him.

3.3       Read John 6:19-21. 2 miracles happened. What do you think is the secret behind Jesus being able to perform such miracles?

He walked on water & He teleport the ship to the shore instantly. It is all done through the power of the Holy Spirit. He was doing all this as Son of man, 100% human. Jesus ability to do these is because He spent lots of time praying to God the Father thru the Holy Spirit.

 3.31     Prayer:

Holy Spirit, You are so awesome! You can empower Jesus as the Son of man to walk on water. Father God, I purpose in my heart to pray to You daily , spend time with You, because Jesus had set such example. Intimacy with You is the key to walking in the supernatural.

3.4      Read John 6:26-28. Why did Jesus told them “you seek not because of the signs, but because you ate loaves & were filled?”

Read John 6:26-28. Why did Jesus told them “you seek not because of the signs, but because you ate loaves & were filled?”  Jesus is saying they are not seeking Him as Messiah as savior, but as someone who can provide them with unlimited resources. Immediately they asked about how to do the signs in verse 28. They seems wanting to do the signs themselves instead of embracing Him as Messiah, because of His signs.

3.5       Read John 6:30 –   They asked for a sign & Jesus started talking about He is the bread of life. Is Jesus deviating from the topic?

No, Jesus is not deviating. Jesus is saying that He is God clothed in human flesh, to become bread of life to save the people. This is the greatest sign ever. Jesus is the love of God & gift of redemption for us.

3.6       Read John 6:44. How to apply this verse when we pray for backsliden or unsaved loved ones.

We pray and ask God to draw the person to Jesus, through the Holy Spirit.

Father God, draw my children to come back to You. Draw their hearts to love You & not love the world.

1John2:15). You are all we should love and nothing else. Because You have given us Jesus, You given us everything. So we should not love the world at all, not even a little, that we may love You with all our hearts.

3.7       Read John 6: 51-58. John 6:63. 1stCor2:14. Did Jesus literally mean we must  physically eat His flesh & drink His blood? Or is He talking about spiritual sense?

Basically through John6:63, Jesus said our physical  human body is nothing but it is our spirit man that matters. What He is saying that in verse 51 to 58, He is talking in spiritual sense that He is bread of Life. He is saying that when our spirit man partake Jesus by faith, through the Holy Communion eating the elements, drink the wine, we receive life from Him spiritually into our spirit man.  Jesus is talking in spiritual sense & not physical sense when He says we should eat His flesh. But some school of thoughts such as Derek Prince believes that the Holy Communion elements literally transforms into the flesh & blood of Jesus when they enters our digestive system.  I personally have no objections in believing this. But I am more inclined to believe that the Holy Communion brings remembrance of the  atonement of Jesus , which releases a  tsunami of His love into our spirit man.

Lord Jesus, thank You so much for giving me Your flesh in the spiritual sense, to give life to my spirit man. Thank You for Your precious blood that washes all my sins away. Thank You  for Your blood and Your life now lives inside my spirit man, we are one Spirit in union. Thank You Jesus.

The principles behind CKRM Bible Study Class, commencing next sunday.

1. The Bible is a love letter from our Father God to us His children. We read the Bible to receive revelations of the greatness of Christ’s love so that the fullness of God can fill us (Eph3:18-19) . We need to read scripture from our heart, not our mind. Our heart must be tuned to the heart of our Father God’s love for His children; be open & expect deeper & deeper revelations of God’s goodness, faithfulness, steadfast loving kindness thru studying the deeds and ways of Jesus. If u do this well, u start rcvd revelations from reading the Word of God.

2. We do this bible study in a special way – practicing the presence of Holy Spirit. Some of you may have read Benny Hinn’s book “Good morning Holy Spirit” which talks about practising the presence of God, by conversing with the Holy Spirit while reading the Bible. The Holy Spirit is the real author of the Bible. The way we doing this bible study is like journaling, we write down revelations from the Holy Spirit through His Word & we then pray aloud confess what He revealed to us. It is a 2 way communication with Him through His Word & His presence will manifest in your room if you do this for about an hour. Praying aloud His revelations help to internalize His revelations into our spirit man. It is not logos words but revelations that changes life.

3. “John 14:26 (NKJV) Verse 26. But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.”

Holy Spirit leads you by reminding you of what Jesus taught. But if you don’t understand His teaching, you may have problem to be led by Holy Spirit. Our aim is to understanding, believe & assimilate all His teaching, so that Holy Spirit lead us by reminding us of His teaching whenever we face a situation that needs His guidance.

4. We read the bible from the perspective that Jesus’ teaching is the core foundation of whole bible. Paul’s epistles are to help us understand Jesus’ teaching better. OT are mostly shadows. But if OT, Paul’s epistles & Jesus’ teaching converge as 1 message , then we will get true understanding & interpretation of Jesus’ teaching. Jesus teaching is the core, not Paul’s teaching. Get rid of faulty thinking that Jesus teachings are for a old expired dispensation.

5. We apply principle of first mention to interpret scriptures. We let scripture interpret scriptures. We also interpret scriptures in context with the whole chapter & in context with the book.

6. The phrase “Kingdom of God” or “kingdom of Heaven” is mentioned total 111 times in New Testament. We will be reading the 4 gospels with the intent to understand what Jesus is telling us about the kingdom of God or kingdom of Heaven, how He paid for our entry with His blood. We also learn from Jesus the dynamics of how to operate in His kingdom.

Jesus was performing miracles as Son of man, following instructions from God our Father. Apparently, our Father God would change His kairos moments to help His children’s  wants, and not just needs.

2.2     Read John 2:13-21 . Why did Jesus so zealously chase out the merchants in the temple & suddenly proclaim His body as a temple that can be rebuild in 3 days upon destruction?

He is foretelling His cruxification & resurrection, after which this physical temple will be redundant. The body of Christ will become His temple. He wants us show we are to guard our temple our body from worldly things, just as He uses a whip to zealously chase out what is defiling to the physical temple. He wants us to keep our temple pure, because we are God’s temple, God lives inside us.

I declare that You Father God is such a wonderful loving Father God. That You would do such a thing as replacing your kairos timing just to please us Your little children, to perform that miracle of turning water into wine. 

I thank You that through the redemption of Christ Jesus, I am now the temple of God. I purpose in my heart to guard this temple, keep it pure & undefiled, because You are a holy God, and You lives inside me.

Thank You Father God for living inside me. Thank You Holy Spirit for living inside me.

Born again is to receive a new human spirit, born of water is not referring to water baptism, it is likely to refer to the Word or gospel preached. Born of the Spirit, means born of God, 2Cor5:17 says new creation.

It is important because only by being born again, we can enter the kingdom of God.

3.2     Read John 3:14. What is eternal life?

Eternal life is knowing God our Father & Jesus Christ on a personal basis or close relationship.  Some Christians do not have a personal relationship with God through reading His Word or through prayer life. But this bible study class , hopefully you can be activated into a 2 way intimate relationship with Him.

 

3.3     Prayer:

Lord Jesus, I declare that just as I looked to You lifted up on the cross, and believes You have done this to redeem me,  I declare I have eternal life. Eternal life means knowing God in a close relationship, and I  will not perish in lake of fire. But now You lives inside me forever.

 

3.4     Read John3:18. Why is the world already condemned?

The world is already condemned because of sins and because of not accepting Jesus as savior.  Jesus told the Pharisees in John 5:45 Moses will accuse you , based on the old convenant. Under old covenant, the world is under curse of the law & Jesus took away that curse in Galatians 3:13-14.

 

3.5     Read John 3:14-17 Why is Moses’ lifting of serpent (Numbers 21:8-9) in wilderness to heal the people related to lifting of Jesus on the cross?

The bronze serpent lifted up on a pole or a standard, represent sin being judged on the cross. Those who looked at it were  healed of being bitten by a serpent. It was a shadow of Jesus being lifted on the cross, He became a curse for us (Gal 3:13), all our curses, sin , infirmities, sicknesses were placed on Jesus (Matthew 8:17 says He bore our sicknesses), Jesus was made sin for us in 2Cor5:21 , Jesus was judged & punished on our behalf.

 

3.6     Read John 3:12-21. Why is being born again (John 3:2-11) linked to this passage?

This passage is talking about the Jesus coming to bear the sins of the world so that whoever believes in Him is not condemned , but have eternal life which is to know God. The born again experience comes after we receive Jesus as our savior. When we are born again, our old human spirit died & now our  spirit man is a new spirit, created in Christ’s perfect image, all our past are gone. We are to renew our mind, discard all the memories of disappointments and rejections that shaped our character & values. Renounce them, put on Christ’s thinking pattern , His 9 fruits of Holy Spirit. Let our mind be focused on things of the Spirit in order to walk in the Spirit (Romans 8:5)

3.7     Prayer:

Father God, I thank you that through accepting Jesus Your only Son, as my redeemer,  I have been forgiven of all my sins. I am no more condemned, but Jesus was made sin for me, on the cross. Jesus who knew no sin was made sin for me, so that I was made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Right now, my spirit man is a new creation, made in Christ’s perfect image. I will continue to renew my mind, forgoing the memories of my old man (old human spirit), and adopt the values of the new human spirit which is a perfect image of Jesus. Therefore as I adopt Your values, the teachings & character of Jesus, I shall walk in the Spirit & not in the flesh. Thank You Jesus for all You have done for me. Amen!

🌿OBSERVATION:
Jesus said in Luke 11:34-35, watch out that the light in you is not darkness. Why? Because if the light in you is darkness, the darkness will radiate out and attract  demons to come to kill health, steal finance & destroy relationship (John 10:10).  Conversely, if you radiate the 9 fruit of the Holy Spirit , you will radiate the light of Christ.

🌿WHY?
Suppose if your boss walks angrily into an office without speaking, the entire atmosphere changes to become oppressive instantly. If a depressed person  stand next to a joyful silent person, that depressed person will felt joyful too without knowing why. Because joy is greater than depression. Light is greater than darkness, light expel darkness instantly.

🌿APPLICATION
✨People will sense love , joy, peace, humility , kindness, patience, goodness radiating from you, if you learn to meditate on them.  You will become like Jesus if you can meditate on them, yr flesh becomes crucified & Christ lives thru u.
✨If you stop being depressed, you do not automatically becoming joyful. The more you try not to be depressed, the more you are depressed. The more you try not to be angry, the more you become  angrier (Read Romans chapter 7).
✨The correct way is to repent of anger, repent of worrying & depression, cast out the spirit of anger & depression, then meditate on Joy  &  patience. We have to fill the vacuum with the positive after casting out the negatives.
✨In the bible, demonized people would run to Jesus for deliverance, and not to attack Jesus. Likewise, your prebeliever / backsliden spouse & your children will run to you, because the light of Christ inside you , the 9 fruit of Holy Spirit will  draw them to you.
✨Releasing the 9 fruit doesn’t mean u become a punching bag for others to trample or u lend yr entire life savings to help others, with questionable chance of returning.

Father God , I thank you for Your great love for me thru the cross. Although I was unworthy & sinful,  You came to this world , clothe Yourself in human flesh to become Son of man, in order to redeem me. I thank You that even though You Lord Jesus, who  knew no sin, was made sin for my sake, so that I can be made the righteousness of God in Christ. Jesus, You were forsaken, when You cried out “my God , my God, why do You forsake me?” When all our sins were laden upon You, and the Father has to turn His Face from You. You were forsaken so that I who is lost & perishing can be redeemed, made righteous, can become children  of God. Thank You for Your love Lord Jesus.   Thank You for allowing the nails to pierce Your hands and feet. Thank You for allowing the spear to pierce Your body, blood and water flows out. Thank You for allowing Yourself to be mocked and spat upon by  Your creations, the Romans soldiers and the Pharisees, in order to saved me. You was wounded emotionally so that I can be healed emotionally.     Thank You for bearing all our curses so that the blessings of Abraham can come upon me.  Thank You for counting it joy to endure the cross for my sake. Father God, I also purposed to love my neighbors as myself.  I purposed to become  a channel of Your agape love to others around me. My mouth will be your mouth to speak words of affirmation, encouragement, comfort to others around me. I will see things through eyes of a Father’s love, upon people around me, because You lives inside me.

Father God, I will release joy 😄from my heart because joy😄 is a decision , not an emotion. I have joy  because my name is written in heaven. In Your presence there is fullness of joy, Your Spirit dwells inside me. The kingdom of heaven is inside me, by Your Holy Spirit. There is righteousness, joy & peace in Your Holy Spirit inside me. I can release joy 😄because He who is in me is greater than he who is in this world. I can release joy 😄because I can do all things in & thru Christ, the hope of glory within me. I can release joy 😄because I am more than a conqueror in Christ. I can release joy because I have the exousia authority to use Your Name Jesus, and I am clothed with Your dunamis power of Your Holy Spirit. No mountains can prevail against us Father.  I can release joy 😄because I am blessed with every spiritual blessings in Christ. I declare You the Prince of shalom is living inside me. You who can calm every  storms is inside me. I am also given the authority & dunamis power of Holy Spirit to calm every storm in my life. So I have no fear , but peace. Because who can be against me when You are for me. Father God, You had been so patient / longsuffering with me over these years even when I sinned against you   many times. So I purpose in my heart to release the fruit of longsuffering & patience to those people around me who  are less than perfect. I will release  patience to my spouse, my colleague , my siblings (Mention   their names:________ ), whenever they behave in those bad ways again, I will be patient towards them as You have been so patient with me.

🕊Meditating on Releasing “Kindness”
Father God , I purpose in my heart to release kindness to others, even if they treat me unkindly. I will speak kind words to them, even if they speak unkind words to me. I will hv compassion on those who are sick, and I shall lay hands & pray for them. And Your power shall come upon them & heal them.

🕊Meditate on Releasing “Goodness”
Father God, I purposed in my heart to release goodness to others around me. I will bless my enemy, I will give alms to the poor, visit the orphans, help my parent, help my colleagues when they need help, be a channel of Your love & goodness.

🕊Meditate on Releasing “Faith”
I have faith inside me & I purposed in my heart to release faith in Your Word. I declare let every circumstances, every facts that contradict Your Word be lies, but Your Word be everlasting truth. I put faith in Your goodness & faithfulness of Your heart. I put my faith in Your everlasting & sacrifical love for me.

🕊Meditate on Releasing “Humility/ Meekness”
I declare I will release humility to others around me. I will count others better than myself. I will give all glory to You whenever You release Your power to cause a miracle.  I am unworthy and useless by myself, but thru Christ in me, I can do all things & made Your royal priesthood. I will be meek, obedient to Your plans and callings for my life. I will obey whatever You want me to do, because the safest place in this world is hiding in Your perfect will & not permissive will.

🕊Meditate on Releasing “Self Control”
I will release self control, I will be able to consistently release all 9 fruits of the Holy Spirit consistently. I can & I will by Your Spirit have self control over my life & not walk in the flesh, but walk in the Spirit always.

 

Conclusion:

The 9 fruit are a decision not a feeling or emotion. They are fruit not seed, they are ready to manifest in our lives. I hv seen hardcore criminals transformed overnight , all bad habits disappeared, after an encounter with Jesus, because the 9 fruit are not seed, but a ready fruit for harvest.
(Sanctification) Baptism of Fire + Intimacy with Holy Spirit (Read His Word & prayers)  + (consecration)  releasing the fruit of Holy Spirit = walking in higher levels of anointing, even at levels of glory realm.

 

 

🏻The below are called the atonement scriptures , because they are describing what happened to us, when Jesus was crucified on the cross. They are the most powerful scriptures in whole bible, mountains shakes, demons tremble and flee when u confess them aloud in a prayer of confession.

🌿If u dun hv a habit for memorizing scriptures, u may want to start memorizing these atonement scriptures.

🌿If u want to meditate on them , u must do so with the intent to rcvd a revelation of the depth, height and width of how much Jesus loves u – so that u can be filled with the fullness of God. U need the Holy Spirit’s help, to catch this revelation inside the atonement scriptures.

🌿If yr revelation of how much He loves u is the size of a small bucket, yr love for Him can only be size of a small bucket. But if u can hv revelation of a tsunami size of His love, yr love for Him can also be a tsunami, u can’t love Him more than the revelation of how much He loves u.

🌿A 2 way fiery love between u and God will create a open heaven above u.

🌿I wld meditate on them everyday in the morning. I wld often feel a river of love comes gushing from His throne of grace. His river of love will bring inner healing to yr soul & physical healing to yr body. ✨🔥✨

🕊COMMENT: Jesus has redeemed us from every generation curses, every negative words spoken against us by others & ourselves, or curses as a result of sin. As we believed this verse with our heart and confess this verse with our mouth, we break the generational curses and every other curses upon ourselves. As we confess this verse, the blessings of Abraham in Genesis 12:2-3, begin to flow in our lives.

🔥Matthew 3:11_12 & Isaiah 4:4_5 are talking about same thing. We can’t form a doctrine with 1 scripture. So these 2 different scriptures reaffirm a doctrine regarding baptism of fire. Many christians thought there is only 2 kinds of baptism, water baptism & baptism of Holy Spirit. Baptism of Holy Spirit includes fire burning of chaff. But it is not true.

🔥So many christians are baptized in Holy Spirit, but they are unable to release the fullness of the power of Holy Spirit, because of chaff or hindrances not burned away.

🔥Baptism of Holy Spirit is for clothing us with power (luke 24:49), baptism of fire is to remove chaffs (Matthew 3:11_12) , they are for 2 different purposes.

🔥To rcvd baptism of fire, we must first understand His word on baptism of fire, and we must be willing to offer ourselves to the Spirit of burning. Because the Holy Spirit is a gentleman, He will not over ride our free will. Willingness to be purged has to be uttered verbally by faith. Not silent thinking.

🔥Chaffs are husks, useless part of a wheat, that hinders growth. We are all wheats, sons of God, not tares which are sons of Satan.

🔥Isaiah 4:4_5 (amplified version) is saying after the filth is purged by the Spirit of burning, then the glory will cover the ppl like a defence. Cover the ppl is talking about externally clothing us with His glory. It is a similar message to matt 3:11_12.

🔥Before Adam fell from grace, he was also covered with God’s glory. God wants to restore His original plan with us today & cover us with His glory.

🔥But we need His help – His blood to wash away our sins after repentance, and we need consecration & dedication , plus His baptism of fire to purge away filths such as demonic presence, fear, doubts, past disappointment that trigger fear & unbeliefs, that are crippling our rising to our callings, wrong moral values, lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh & pride of life, trusting in our riches. We can’t achieve holiness by our own strength alone. We need to be totally yielded to Him , consecration and baptism of fire to achieve purity and holiness.

🔥Even as our spirit man is a new creation, born again redeemed by His blood. We also need to allow our soul (mind , emotions, will) to be restored anew, be renewed by His Word, and purged, purified & sanctified by the baptism of fire. Then the glory of God, His holy manifested presence will cover us like a defence.

🌿 On 21st May, we had a teaching on Firstfruits. We are told we can lock ourselves in a covenant with God on what He promised on giving of Firstfruits. Here’s some further scriptural references to understand what is this Firstfruits giving:-

🌿(1) God promised that if we honor Him with our firstfruits, He will lock Himself with a covenant with us in Proverbs 3:9-10. He will cause our vats to overflow ; this speak of overflowing abundance. But what is the difference between Firstfruits and Tithe?
🌿(2) Malachi 3:10-11 explains that Tithe is to bring food to God’s house, which in NT context is the church. In return  God promised to rebuke the devourer for you , so that there will be no more needs. “Tithe” in the Hebrew Strong dictionary  mentioned it as one tenth. He promised there will be cessation of needs.

🌿(3) The Lord explained what is Feast of Firstfruits to children of Israel in Lev23:9-14. It is a statute forever.

🌿(4)Moses again explain how to apply this in Deu26:1-15. In Deu26:2, it says give some of the fruits of the ground. So I don’t think it meant  giving away the first paycheck of the year to the Lord. I believe it meant a token of the first income you recieve.
🌿(5) The purpose for Firstfruits is explained in Deu 26:3-10; it says the children of Israel had once dwell in Egypt (NT=Kingdom of darkness) and by His grace & power, delivered and brought to land of milk & honey (NT=Kingdom of Christ /abundant life). Therefore the purpose of feast of Firstfruits is to celebrate once per year,  acknowledge our real source  is the Lord.
🌿(6) Note in Deu26:12-15, it explains the promises of Firstfruits is going beyond  giving of Tithe.
🌿(7) As we are in the New Covenant , many school of thoughts think that NT Christians do not need to obey  Feast of Firstfruits. But to those who believes God wil never negate  His promises,  we can  lock ourselves with His covenant  on  Feast of Firstfruits based on Deu26:1-15 , Proverbs 3:9-10 –  we shall rcvd overflowing abundance as He promised. It is not just cessation of needs, but overflowing abundance!

1 “When you come into the land that the Lord your God is giving you for an inheritance and have taken possession of it and live in it, 2  you shall take some of the first of all the fruit of the ground, which you harvest from your land that the Lord your God is giving you, and you shall put it in a basket, and you shall  go to the place that the Lord your God will choose, to make His name to dwell there. 3 And you shall go to the priest who is in office at that time and say to him, ‘I declare today to the Lord your God that I have come into the land  that the Lord swore to our fathers to give us.’ 4 Then the priest shall take the basket from your hand and set it down before the altar of the Lord your God.
5 “And you shall make response before the Lord your God, ‘A  wandering Aramean was my father. And he went down into Egypt and sojourned there, a few in number, and there he became a nation, great, mighty, and populous. 6 And  the Egyptians treated us harshly and humiliated us and laid on us hard labor. 7 Then  we cried to the Lord, the God of our fathers, and the Lord heard our voice and saw our affliction, our toil, and our oppression. 8 And  the Lord brought us out of Egypt  with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, with great deeds of terror, with signs and wonders. 9 And he brought us into this place and gave us this land,  a land flowing with milk and honey. 10 And behold, now I bring the first of the fruit of the ground, which you, O Lord, have given me.’ And you shall set it down before the Lord your God and worship before the Lord your God. 11 And  you shall rejoice in all the good that the Lord your God has given to you and to your house, you, and the Levite, and the sojourner who is among you.

12 “When you have finished paying all  the tithe of your produce in the third year, which is  the year of tithing, giving it to the Levite, the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, so that they may eat within your towns and be filled, 13 then you shall say before the Lord your God, ‘I have removed the sacred portion out of my house, and moreover, I have given it to the Levite, the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, according to all your commandment that you have commanded me. I have not transgressed any of your commandments,  nor have I forgotten them. 14  I have not eaten of the tithe while I was mourning, or removed any of it while I was unclean, or offered any of it to the dead. I have obeyed the voice of the Lord my God. I have done according to all that you have commanded me. 15  Look down from your holy habitation, from heaven, and bless your people Israel and the ground that you have given us, as you swore to our fathers, a land flowing with milk and honey.’
